仓库有时候对于一些已经check in的货物，忘记了是不是能发，此时已经not ready for scan.
目前给仓库的指引是 check status来判断。
实际场景是，对于一票旧货，clear之后出GP，没用resorting扫描的，如果check status也会显示clear，其实不能发，应该用resorting。
需求改动，check status扫描到的货物如果是快递货物，没有gatepass，报need gate pass, 回去问问楼上，或者是有gatepass还未resorting，请报 need resoring.. |
