Hi Melody,
We have currently implemented the following methods to avoid any shipments unsent to Fulfilment centres,
- If shipments were held by border security either over-seas or here in Australia, we will notify the shipper immediately and let them know to update any PO and FBA ID that was held so FC has an update that they know the shipment won’t be sent in.
- We have investigated shipments that were booked in for delivery but was undelivered and found out that it was a human error.
Solution: We recently have revamped our warehouse system so every shipment that is listed to be sent will be marked as scanned as they are preparing so no shipment is left out, if any shipment is left unscanned within the to be sent list, we will be able to know and double check.
