2.进入不同DEPOT
2.2 建立新订单/已有订单（包括已确认订单，已完成订单，问题订单），可根据时间筛选。
2.显示ref号，需求日期，派送日期，提货地，目的地，派送状态（已确认待送，问题，已送）
新建订单：
1.输入xxx单号，显示相关信息（参考peter task）
2.没有在我们系统的，输入REF 号，pickup delvciery 等信息
3.require dart first choice ，second choice（有cut off 时间，OP可以调整）
4. special need ：1、 time 2.unloading 3. others
5. 显示cost(根据org 和 派送时间，speical need 收费）
6.确认提交
HVLV
1.在cargo process里增加待确认订单环节
2.OP确认是否ok
如满足需求，则直接点击
如不满足需求，则填写问题或可送的时间-对应进入portal的问题订单里
3.确认后的订单，进入待开invocie状态
4.开完发票进入waiting for assign driver
问题订单，是指OP的派送日期与需求不同，或者有其他问题，需要客人确认。
