1. 在org里创建一个tick box，用于选择自提费是shipper付还是cnee付
2. 如果勾选cnee支付， 则我们发DO/OUTTURN时， 系统按照pickup rate生成一个自提费的sales order 一起发过去， 附上paypal payment link或者二维码
3. 一旦客人通过paymentlink支付了自提费， 才生成一个invoice,且状态为pending paid
4. 支付过自提费的pickup shipment，做一个特殊标记， 仓库可以正常签字。否则显示unpaid， 仓库签字时和滞仓费一样卡住，要生成并支付自提费才可以发货签走
